Application Procedures

Complete and deliver the following materials in one packet to the Athletic Training Program Director by the deadline of April 1st. (Exception: transcript and letters of recommendation may be sent separately and directly to the Program Director, but still must arrive before the deadline.)

Complete the application form
A professionally written letter of application expressing your desire to be admitted into this program, your athletic training philosophy and strengths.
3 letters of recommendation--please use this form
Resume (be sure to include any AT experience)
Signed Technical Standards for Admission
Copy of transcripts from previous universities
Copy of current CPR certification
