Adult Group Fitness/Wellness Program

Friendly, fun and innovative adult group exercise classes that employ a variety of fitness activities to assist you in:

  • Increasing daily physical activity
  • Improving aerobic and muscular fitness
  • Reducing stress and increasing  flexibility
  • Achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight and lifestyle!

 

What to Expect

  • Calorie-burning, aerobic conditioning, body shaping, & tension-releasing workouts each week lead by well-educated instructors, who will arm you with fitness principles that you can apply for life!
  • Weekly e-mails with schedule information as well as health/fitness tips to move you through the week!
  • Body size & composition assessment throughout the semester as well a goal setting & evaluation.
  • A program designed specifically for you, based on your goals, fitness level and age.
