Background: I am from Alice, Texas. I got my BESS at Texas State, MS and PhD at the University of Alabama. I played tennis at Texas Lutheran for three years and have personal trained and taught group exercise for more than 15 years.
Fitness Philosophy: To be healthy and fit, you need to exercise the rest of your life. So, you better find lots of different ways to exercise that are safe, fun, and not boring!

Favorite part about teaching Total Wellness: Carolyn and I started Total Wellness several years ago because we wanted to change people’s lives for the better. We continue to offer Total Wellness because of the members - their enthusiasm, positive attitudes, and kindness remind me each day why I love being involved with Total Wellness.
Fact about yourself: During my spare time, I help my husband manage our small pecan orchard.
Background: I live with my husband Mike, daughter Jessa, father in-law Ron, two pups Nina and Brita and pot-belly-pig Maddox on 6.5 acres in Dripping Springs.

Hobbies: I really enjoy raising a garden and soon hope to have some chickens for fresh farm eggs!

Background: I am from Topeka, KS. I played basketball at University of Nebraska for two years and Texas State for 1 year. I graduated from Texas State in 2008 and will finish my Masters in Exercise Science December 2009.
Fitness Philosophy: Being 100% fit involves finding balance among all aspects of life; exercise, diet, sleep, and healthy decisions.
Favorite Class to Teach: I love yoga/fusion-I think that going into the yoga studio for 45 minutes and focusing on breathing, flexibility, and strength is the perfect gift to yourself!
Hobbies: I recently got into Bikram aka Hot Yoga-you go into this 105 degree room for 90 minutes, go through different postures and sweat, sweat, sweat! It’s addicting!
Fact about yourself: I have modeled for Dillard’s, Macy’s, ESPRIT, Hill Country Fitness, Rocket Science Sports, David’s Bridal and many others, it’s really fun!
Background: I'm from Tomball, Texas. I graduated from Texas State University in 2009 and I'm currently pursuing my Masters degree. I teach Exercise Physiology labs for students. I've been involved in fitness as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 2 years.

Fact about yourself: I am currently training for a half marathon in November and I enjoy doing anything active in my spare time!
Background: I am from Fort Worth, Texas. Zumba is my specialty and I love to see the way people get excited about dancing and getting an amazing workout and they don’t even realize it!

Hobbies: I enjoy dancing to hip-hop, Salsa and Merengue music. I enjoy running, trying new foods and attending professional sport games.
